About

I work on digital services where clinical safety and real-world delivery matter: products, pathways, data and the teams behind them. I also lead digital change - embedding tools in organisations, raising digital maturity through what we ship and how people work together, and nudging culture so digital is seen as a tool to use with intent, not only a means to an end. I keep this site updated as somewhere to point colleagues, collaborators and anyone curious about how I work.

Chief Product, Information and Technology Officer - diabetes-focused mobile platform: 5,000+ users in 100+ countries, 600,000+ activities logged, 3bn+ data points processed, 46%+ DAU:MAU.

Product and integrations

Shipped community features, Activity Glucose Response, leaderboards and gamification, nutrition and macro tracking, menstrual cycle insights and education - plus integrations across CGM, pumps, Nightscout, wearables and partners.

COVID platform

Stood up a Covid swabbing, results and certificate platform for LivingCare in days - tens of thousands of patients across five sites and £7m+ revenue.

Canon Medical Arena / CDC

Ran digital and infrastructure delivery end to end: networking, cloud identity, telephony, imaging connectivity and site resilience - finished ahead of schedule and under budget.

Data and commercial

Dashboards, budgets and operating models that moved the needle on utilisation, patient flow, reporting quality, attendance and revenue.

Digital change and maturity

Embedding tools in organisations and boosting digital maturity through delivery and culture - so people see digital as a tool they can wield with intent, not just a project category or box to tick.
